Who we are
MedGuardian is an early-stage company developing a product to help families stay informed about daily medication routines. The product is in development and not available for sale.
What we collect
- Your email address and which description best fits you (for example, family caregiver).
- Your separate choices about research contact and product updates, with the time each choice was made.
- If you take our optional survey: general answers about caregiving situations and current tracking methods. We do not ask for medication names, diagnoses, or medical histories.
- Basic, cookie-free usage events (such as page views and button clicks) and campaign tags from links you followed. These are not linked to your email.
Why we use it
- To manage your early-access membership and let you know when MedGuardian becomes available.
- Research contact: only if you opted in, to invite you to interviews or prototype testing.
- Product updates: only if you opted in, to send occasional news.
- To understand interest in MedGuardian and improve this website.
Research and marketing permissions are recorded separately. You can give one without the other.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and we don't send survey answers or health-related information to advertising or third-party analytics platforms.
How we protect it
Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored in a secured database that only authorised MedGuardian team members can access.
Your choices
You can stop product updates, withdraw research permission, or ask us to delete your information at any time using our contact preferences page, or by writing to hello@medguardian.health.
Retention
We keep your information while the early-access program runs, or until you ask us to delete it.
